The high temperature performance of metallic molybdenum makes it the first choice for electrode materials, but its poor high temperature oxidation resistance and weak corrosion resistance to certain glass components greatly limit the use of molybdenum as a high temperature material. The high antioxidant capacity of Mo-based multicomponent system has attracted the attention and research of many experts. Xiamen Honglu is also committed to R&D of anti-oxidation coatings made of Mo-based multi-component system. Two types of coating preparation methods are available for customers to choose from: thermal spraying and solid encapsulation.

Anti-oxidation coating layer: to improve anti-oxidation property of Molybdenum to protect the molybdenum electrode from being oxidized and damaged during start-up.
